Screen NSW and PAX Australia is offering up to 10 NSW-based independent game developers the opportunity to receive funding support to exhibit their digital game at PAX Australia in Melbourne 10 - 12 October 2025.

Screen NSW has opened a competitive market travel grant to support a limited number of experienced NSW digital games practitioners to attend Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2025 being held in San Francisco, California, from 17- 21 March 2025.

Screen NSW will provide five emerging or mid-level game practitioners from NSW with an all-access ticket and travel support of up to $500 to attend Games Connect Asia Pacific (GCAP) 7-9 October 2024 in Melbourne.

Screen NSW will provide funding for NSW-based individuals or teams travelling to eligible screen industry markets, conventions and conferences within Australia, with the aim to attract support and finance for their projects. Screen NSW will nominate the supported events. 

Funding to host internships for emerging practitioners with disability or who are d/Deaf in the arts, screen and sound industries.

NSW artists and arts workers with disability or who are d/Deaf can do an internship in arts, screen, and culture organisations to help build job opportunities.

The Screen NSW Pathways Development Program supports the continuation of a career in screen for creatives with disability.

The Animation and VFX Trainee Placement Program supports emerging screen professionals by providing skills development opportunities in the animation and visual effects industry.
