Screen NSW is holding a monthly webinar series to help demystify market partners and support mid-level practitioners to feel more confident to create and pitch projects.
Join us on Friday 22 May 2026 at 1.00pm as we speak with Marc Wooldridge, Managing Director of Maslow Entertainment. As Maslow celebrates a milestone 40 releases this year, we’ll be discussing Maslow's upcoming slate, what kind of projects they are looking for, dive into some recent releases and gain insight into the local theatrical market.
Marc will be in conversation with Screen Investment Manager Amelia Rowe, followed by an audience Q&A.
Marc Wooldridge
For over 20 years, Marc Wooldridge held various senior marketing and distribution roles within 20th Century Fox International, including ten years as the Managing Director for the Theatrical division overseeing Australasia.
In 2020, Marc founded Maslow Entertainment, a Sydney based, theatrically focused film distribution company. Maslow is drawn to original and compelling Australian and New Zealand features with a clear understand of its audience and strong marketing potential.
Maslow has since released over 40 films in cinemas across ANZ, including 16 Australian features across a diverse range of genres; among them, the break-out horrors Talk To Me and Late Night With The Devil, the hit Camino-inspired film, The Way My Way, the AACTA winning political thriller The Correspondent, and most recently the animated feature film The Pout Pout Fish.
Among its 2026 Australian feature slate, Maslow will be releasing Natalie Erica James’ Saccharine from Carver Films and Adrian Chiarella’s Leviticus from Causeway Films, both of which premiered to much acclaim at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
