Reversion of Production Finance Investment Entitlements Policy

Screen NSW accepts applications from Production Companies to acquire most copyright, other rights and interests in Film Assets, and revenue entitlements from production finance investments in screen projects either publicly released in full or having had a first disbursement of Gross Receipts at least 7 years before the date of the application.

Any reversion of copyright, other rights and interests in Film Assets, and revenue entitlements will be entirely at the discretion of Screen NSW.

The Production Company must complete and submit its application via the SmartyGrants portal, which will outline the information required.
