Screen NSW is pleased to announce the 2026 Screen NSW Emerging Producer Placements are Emily Caelli, Imogen McCluskey and Sebastian Chan.
The Emerging Producer Placement Program is a unique opportunity for emerging producers to fast-track their careers, make industry connections and gain hands-on experience working at Screen NSW and with a local production company.
In addition to securing placements and connecting recipients with experienced screen professionals, the program supports the next wave of producers by creating pathways into the sector and contributes to the growth of the NSW screen industry.
Recent participants of the program have completed placements at leading NSW production companies, gaining invaluable industry experience. From the 2024 cohort, Olivia Olley and Zac Garred completed placements with Northern Pictures and Stranger Than Fiction respectively, and from the 2025 cohort, Alexander Pettaras has completed a placement with Picking Scabs/See-Saw Films, while Francisca Braithewaite is currently at BBC Studios.
